I am a Scott Phillips 2 stripe Brown Belt in Gracie (Brazilian) Jiu Jitsu and have been training full-time since 2017 at Scott Phillips' Invincible Academy.
I am the Primary Ladies Self-Defense
Coach and also instruct kids classes ranging in ages from 5-13, as well as coed adult classes.
* Our Ladies Only classes have thrived and now train multiple times per week.
The classes consist of mostly moms and we've developed incredible camaraderie and feel incredibly empowered knowing we can genuinely defend ourselves.
After watching Jiu Jitsu transform my children's behavior and increase their confidence dramatically, I decided to overcome my anxiety about training and began classes in 2017.
My instructor, Professor Phillips, Is a former Navy SEAL and Black Belt under Grandmaster Relson Gracie, with 30+ years of professional self-defense experience. Due to Professor Phillips professional background, our Jiu Jitsu is geared towards real-world self-defense, and has been proven to be 100% effective in actual street self-defense experiences
