Coach Molly is a Scott Phillips 3 stripe Blue Belt, full time assistant to the Ladies Class, and Lead Instructor of the Ladies Class as needed.
In Molly’s own words…
“I’ll be honest – it took me a while to start Jiu Jitsu despite many people around me encouraging me train, when I finally started Jiu Jitsu, the anxiety was overwhelming. Stepping onto the mats felt intimidating, and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to keep up. But now, it’s a completely different story!
Jiu Jitsu has not only become one of the most fun parts of my life, but it’s also helped me build confidence in ways I never imagined. I’ve accomplished things I thought were beyond me, including competing in my first tournament.
I'm incredibly thankful for the coaches who’ve supported and guided me every step of the way, as well as for the sport itself, which has taught me so much more than just techniques. I’ve also seen a huge improvement in my anxiety outside of class.
I’ve met so many amazing people along the way – including lifelong friends who’ve made this journey even more meaningful. I’m especially excited to see more women joining the sport, and I can’t wait to see how Jiu Jitsu changes their lives, just like it changed mine.
