Coach Josh is a Scott Phillips 2 stripe Blue Belt and teaches the Kid's Intermediate Jiu Jitsu class, where they focus on technical details in a small group setting.
He's a warrant officer in the US Army, a certified Army Combatives Instructor and has been teaching Combatives for the Illinois National Guard for 15 years.
Coach Josh is incredibly passionate about Jiu Jitsu, self defense, and passing on his skills to the next generation.
Josh brings a wealth of experience to the Academy, and we're blessed to have him and his family as part of our Invincible Team!
